2000 B.C. Colleges High School Mathematics Contest May 5, 2000 |
On May 5, 2000, the Final Round of the 2000 B.C. Colleges High School Mathematics Contest was held at Langara College.
Approximately 65 students from six Lower Mainland schools participated in the day-long activities, which included an excellent presentation by Dr. Andreas Felber, P.Eng., from Buckland & Taylor Ltd. Bridge Engineering describing the role mathematics plays in structural engineering.
