This is the new home page of our department (replacing this old one)
The Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Langara College provides courses for both University Transfer and Career Program students with a wide range of backgrounds. Our goal is to help all of our students to develop a command and appreciation of the power, utility, and beauty (and entertainment value) of mathematical and statistical ideas.
This site is intended to supplement the college’s official information pages with additional information about our department and its offerings. We have also included links to some web-based learning materials and tools which we hope will be of use to currently enrolled students.
