Over two days, our facilitators from Dysart & Jones will consult with the Planning Team and Steering Committee, facilitate discussions with students and faculty, conduct confidential interviews with key stakeholders, and explore our Library. For a brief introduction, see our initial report.
Phase Two – Envisioning the Future – November and January
Phase Three – Document the Plan – Final report due the end of February
Ultimate goal of the process: To involve as much of the College and Library in developing a plan that ensures Library is well positioned for the future.
