The following procedures apply only to the designated display cases and wall space on the ground floor of the Library Building.
(Bookings for these were previously done through Susan Smith and Katie Eliot in the Dean’s Administration office.)
Email your booking requests to Linda Ma (firstname.lastname@example.org) with the following information:
- Your name
- Telephone local
- Week(s) requested [each booking starts Monday at noon and ends the following Monday at Noon]
Example: Jul 7 – July 14, Jul 14 – Jul 21, etc.
- Purpose of your display
- Indicate which display case/wall area(s) you wish to book. View space details, location, photos
Your request will be confirmed within three (3) working days of receipt.
Bookings can be made up to one year in advance. Plan ahead!
