This is great! Just wondering how to get started… when I chose a movie, it asks me for my client number and password; I’m guessing the client number is my langara ID. What is my password? Thanks!

    • Annie says:

Your client number and password should be the same as your Langara ID and password. Employees are given a password/PIN by the Human Resources Department. For both students and employees, you have only one password/PIN to remember.

If you’ve forgotten your password, try using this link to reset it: https://portal.langara.bc.ca/local/pinreset.html#Forgot Password

Otherwise, contact IT for help: 604-323-5999

      Best of luck!

    • Jen says:

Hmm, I’m having trouble logging in too. I used the same username/password that I use to get into myLangara.

    • Annie says:

Jen, if talking to IT hasn’t sorted out the problem, feel free to contact me directly for more help: ajensen@langara.bc.ca.

You might also not be able to use Chrome as an internet browser with this collection, as it doesn’t support the Microsoft Silverlight download that is necessary to view the films.
