The always excellent BC Media showcase preview event is coming up May 3-4. This showcase is unique in that it represents a number of local, independent, and indigenous film makers, as opposed to larger companies like the BBC or PBS.
Media Librarian Annie Jensen is organizing Langara’s group RSVP, which provides discount admission. You may wish to speak with your Dean about funding to attend this event, as they have offered support in the past.
